San Carlos Auto Repair

I took my car to T & S Auto Repair last week and was very pleasantly surprised by my experience. Sean was both friendly and professional. He ran my diagnostic in a timely manner and called me as soon as it was done. Once I returned he opened the hood and showed me exactly what was wrong. He also suggested I contact Volvo before getting any additional work done to see if it would fall under my warranty. I would absolutely recommend T & S Auto Repair to my friends and family and will be going back to get any additional work done on my car. Thanks, Sean!

My son bought a used 20 year old Pontiac Firebird. An older car like that had a number of problems. Sean of T & S fixed all the problems plus several others that he found when inspecting the car. The car is running great now.

When I brought it to T&S they were able to accurately diagnose what the problem was coming from before it even got in the garage. They are very through and honest and I would highly recommend them. I believe that I found the mechanic that I have been looking for. Not only Shawn at T&S Auto Repair has the knowledge and skill to repair cars, they are super friendly. I am a bit hesitant to post this because he might get too busy but the fact is, his shop deserves to be recognized for good business practice.

I had a major radiator problem that another shop missed or ignored on inspection. The radiator had cracked on my commute to work. My car was overheating and not drive-able at all. I called T&S based on their website and other reviews. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone and I dropped my car off at night for service the next day. Shun called me in the morning and had figured out the issue - I asked him to please go ahead and do the work. Within the same day the work was finished and I came in to pick up the car. Had a great time seeing the shop - meeting Shun and his Dog and he showed me what the other shop had missed. The work he did was flawless and my car is now running better than ever. This is very close to my job so I'll be telling my co-workers about Shun and happy to use T & S in the future!
