Finally found someone trustworthy, capable and willing to take the time to explain options and repair details to me.

I have been in the Bay Area for 16 years and have had the same old car from 2002. It’s been in for maintenance like new tires, new belts, new brakes, new alternator and batteries, and a gas tank issue. Never in all those dozens of repairs and inspections has anyone ever checked my spark plugs apparently. I called T&S, told him my issue and within seconds, knew what was wrong. I came in the next day and he repaired it within 24 hours. He showed me what was wrong, explained to me why it happened and showed me the proof. It was happening for over a year or maybe two and I thought my car was just ready to keel over and die. Now, it runs like new and I couldn’t be more pleased with Sean’s help. This is the second or third time I’ve been to T&S.. he will keep getting to see me over the years for sure.

The customer service is top-notch, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. Every time I’ve brought my car in, the maintenance work has been reliable and done right the first time. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and T&S definitely earns that trust.
