I found T & S Auto Repair through Yelp. My car broke down on a Friday afternoon after work, luckily I was close to home so I was able to make it safely. Saturday morning I researched nearby car shops and found T & S Auto Repair was open! I called Sean and he told me to bring the car over to them so I had it towed to the shop. Sean received me with open arms, I knew he was not going to be able to look at it or repair it that same day, but the way he welcomed me on a Saturday morning felt great! He even did a quick assessment of the issue and re-assured me everything was going to be fine and not to worry much. Really appreciated that. Long story short, my car was done by Wednesday. Sean took photos of the problem, explained me how he fixed it and showed me the parts he replaced. Even recommended how to avoid the same problem in the future. I just want to say thank you to Sean for giving up his Saturday to tend the needs of his new or existing customers. Sometimes problems happen during the weekend and it is great to know someone will be there to help you out or maybe Saturday is the only day we can schedule an oil change for our cars. Definitely will come back for regular maintenance (hopefully not for emergency repairs). And, did I mention he has not only one but TWO gorgeous car shop doggos!!! Just a minor thing: the plastic cover for the airbox was not seated all the way down and it was loose, also one screw holding the hose. I did a quick check when I got home and put everything back like it should. Next time I'll do a quick check at the shop so Sean can help me out tiding everything up if needed. 5 out of 5 stars, great service!
